Full Moon Draft Beers
The Full Moon Brewery in downtown Manteo specializes in British and Irish style beers. We use Marris Otter malt as our base and then add various combinations of Black Patent, Brown malt, Crystal malt, and Roasted Barley depending on the individual beer. We use Fuggles, East Kent Golding and Challenger hops. Our brew house is a one barrel RIMS system filling one and two barrel fermenters.

North Carolina Draft Beers
Endo I.P.A. | Cottonwood Brewery | Mooresville, N.C.
An excellent {in my humble opinion} India Pale Ale. Citrusy hops flavor mellowed by sweet malts with a dry finish. 5.8 % abv
Gaelic Ale | Highland Brewery | Asheville, N.C.
A deep amber American ale, featuring a rich malty body. Cascade and Willamette hops add complex flavors and aromas. 5.8% abv
Carolina Blonde | Carolina Beer Co. | Mooresville, N.C.
Brewed with 100% barley (no rice like Budweiser) this is a full bodied golden beer with a crisp refreshing taste. A session beer for sure. 5% abv
Milk Stout | Duck Rabbit | Farmville, N.C.
Milk stouts are a traditional full bodied stout brewed with added milk sugars. The delicate sweetness from the lactose sugars balances the sharp roasted barley flavors. 5% abv
Sky Blue Ale | Carolina Brewery | Chapel Hill, N.C.
This is a light refreshing beer that will convert BUDWIESER, COORS, MILLER and LIGHT BEER drinkers to craft ales. Clear golden color with a hint of hops. Very easy to drink. 4.8% abv
Weeping Willow Wit | Mother Earth Brewery | Kinston, N.C.
Belgian style wheat beer. Light easy-drinking ale. This style traditionally adds coriander and orange peel for flavor. It pours blonde and very hazy. Don't be fooled by Budweiser's wheat beer blunders. This is a craft beer worth trying.
Black Radish | Weeping Radish Brewery | Moyock, N.C.
A medium body dark German lager style beer. Clean lager finish with the hops' bitterness complimented by the roasted malts. Don't be afraid of the dark. 5.5% abv
